Ingredients:

25 gm – Candied orange
25 gm – Icing sugar (sugar for the meringue)

Small precision: Here we had confit slices of orange just for the recipe which explains the short cooking time since it is an immediate use. However, be careful to drain them before using them so that they do not bring too much moisture to the preparation.
If you have already candied orange slices it’s even better. You can also use candied zests.
