INGREDIENTS:
2 avocados
4 tablespoons Mautner Markhof horseradish spicy hot
juice of half a lemon
Salt, pepper to taste
4 slices of bread
parsley for garnish
PREPARATION:
Peel the avocados and remove the stone. Place avocados in a bowl and mash evenly with a fork. Stir in the horseradish and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Serve the spread on fresh farmhouse bread and garnish with some parsley.
