A good product concept can help make the product a success by guiding Research & Development team and marketing in the right direction. Yet, there is a dearth of both Research and Development information about how to create and evaluate concepts. There has been little or no focus on establishing knowledge bases for concepts. Concept development is too often relegated to the so-called “fuzzy front end.”

You meet a lot of people as a chef. Together you collaborate, cook, innovate and of course eat. Chef. Taj is fortunate to have many friends and corporate partners in his life. Find out who Chef. Taj is working with. As a chef, the first thing I bring to the table is tradition. I respect the original flavors and ingredients. Only then do I ad my crazy interpretation, launching the dish off to new and uncharted territory.
