“Hot Pot Build Up”

Hot Pot Chocolate Ganache | 30 gm |
Digestive biscuit Crumble | 5 gm |
Method,
- Keep the oven to 175 C.
- In a small ceramic pot, fill the bread mix and bake it for 15 minutes.
- After the bake, remove from the oven and keep it for resting or make it cold.
- If the pot is cold pour the chocolate ganache and sprinkle some digestive biscuit on top.
- Serve it warm.
Hot Pot Bread Mix

Whipping Cream – @Elle&Vire | 250 ml |
Milk – @Elle&Vire | 125 ml |
Sugar Caster – SIS | 56 gm |
Cinnamon Powder | 1 gm |
Salt | 1 gm |
Bread Slices | 5 nos |
Digestive Biscuit – @Mcvites | 100 gm |
Chocolate Drops – @Valrhona | 40 gm |
Vanilla Essence – @Fosterclark | 3 ml |
Method,
- Cut the slices of bread into cubes and keep aside. Orally crush the digestive biscuit chunks and mix it with the bread.
- In a small bowl mix cream, milk, sugar, cinnamon, salt and vanilla Essence together. Whisk it well, until the sugar dissolved well.
- Now, combine all the ingredients together, including Chocolate drops or chocolate chunks.
- Slightly mash the bread and biscuits. Bread mix supposes to be thick and heavy consistency.
- Use it for Hot Pot Bread Pudding.
Recipe Specs:
- Use the heavy ceramic pot for the dessert. It supposes to hold 170-degree Celsius.
- Use the normal bakery ganache otherwise, use the Chocolate Sauce @AmericanGarnden
