INGREDIENTS:
3 boiled eggs
150 g natural cream cheese
1 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp horseradish spicy-hot
1 teaspoon tarragon mustard
1 red pointed pepper, diced
salt
4 slices of bread
Dice peppers and cress for garnish
PREPARATION
Cut the eggs into cubes and mix with cream cheese and sour cream. Add horseradish and tarragon mustard. Wash the pointed peppers, cut into cubes and stir in. Season with salt spread on the bread and garnish with diced peppers and cress.
